Tavor Fertigation Acknowledgement of Third Party Tokenization Activity

Tavor Fertigation Ltd. acknowledges that Alter SPV Capital Partners, an independent venture investment and special purpose vehicle management firm, holds a 15% non dilutive equity interest in Tavor Fertigation Ltd.

Alter SPV Capital Partners has informed the Company that it has undertaken a tokenization initiative involving its investment interest in Tavor Fertigation Ltd. Through a dedicated holding structure, Alter SPV Capital Partners has tokenized its own investment position on the XRP Ledger under the token symbol TAAG.

The TAAG token is associated solely with the investment structure established by Alter SPV Capital Partners and its affiliated holding SPV entity. Tavor Fertigation Ltd. does not issue, manage, administer, market, distribute, custody, facilitate trading of, or otherwise operate the TAAG token.

Relationship to Tavor Fertigation

The underlying investment referenced by Alter SPV Capital Partners relates to its ownership interest in Tavor Fertigation Ltd. through its investment and holding structure.

Tavor Fertigation Ltd. acknowledges the existence of this investment and the associated tokenization initiative. However, all token related activities, administration, disclosures, compliance obligations, communications, investor relations and operational matters relating to TAAG are conducted independently by Alter SPV Capital Partners and its designated SPV structure.

About TAAG

TAAG is a digital token issued on the XRP Ledger by an entity affiliated with Alter SPV Capital Partners and is intended to represent an interest associated with Alter SPV Capital Partners' holding structure relating to its investment in Tavor Fertigation Ltd.

Details regarding token structure, rights, restrictions, eligibility, transferability, disclosures, risks, legal documentation, investor suitability requirements and any other matters concerning TAAG are determined exclusively by Alter SPV Capital Partners and the issuing SPV.
